Makes one large jar.
• 250 g shelled hazelnuts
• 200 g of Carré Suisse baking chocolate
• 150 ml of sweetened condensed milk
• 50 g unsalted butter
Heat skillet until nice and hot. Add hazelnuts and roast for 5 minutes. Swirl the pan continuously so that they toast evenly.
Place them in a food processor and blend until smooth paste forms. Set aside.
Break chocolate into pieces and melt with butter over boiling water.
Add condensed milk to chocolate mixture. Then add hazelnut paste.
Mix well and pour into jars.
Store in cool and dry place.
