Created in 2016, Carré Suisse has continually worked hand in hand with expert chocolatiers to offer a wide range of products – from flagship favorites to more original recipes – for every chocolate enthusiast out there. Our craft chocolate is a result of the traditional know-how of master chocolatiers and the contemporary vision of our creative team. Carré Suisse recipes are in line with the company’s identity: a savvy blend of authenticity and modernity.
SWISS TRADITION
Since its inception, the company has produced its chocolate in a family-run plant in Switzerland, near Lake Lugano in the canton of Ticino. Directly transported to the plant from farmer cooperatives, cacao beans undergo a rigorous manufacturing process carried out by master Swiss chocolatiers in compliance with traditional grinding and conching techniques. Their nearly century-old craftsmanship ensures fine, unparalleled textures and unique flavors.
